All shipping and delivery is free for all customers within Australia! Shipping is done through express postage and requires a signature on delivery. If no one is home, Australian Post will leave a delivery card with pick up or re-delivery options.
For all of our members posting their own items, we recommend this option as well. Please check item product page details for shipping available on your item.
Some of items are trackable on the Bag of Roses website through your account. You can see where your item is here.
International shipping is available via Australian Post and we will charge buyers a flat fee of $55.00 AUD. Please note that Bag of Roses is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods. We currently ship internationally to the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and New Zealand. If you would like shipping outside these areas, please contact us here.
Bag of Roses makes it easy for both buyers and sellers to use our service. Therefore due to the nature of our site, there are two returns options:
- 1. Sellers who are listing on the site: Sellers may offer returns on their own items, this is up to the sellers discretion.
- 2. Sellers who sell to Bag of Roses: We offer returns on items within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused with all packaging and tags attached. Please see our Terms & Conditions.

To return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and order number. You have 14 days to return an item from the date of purchase.
Returns exclude postage costs and are only available within Australia. Due to the nature of the items sold, please ensure that postage is registered and sign on delivery. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure they’re packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
It can take up to 7 business days for your return to arrive to our office, undergo a quality check and for your refund to be processed. Once we receive the item and it meets the returns criteria we will refund you through your original payment method. Please allow 1-5 days for your refund to appear in your account.
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, however can provide credit notes to use on Bag of Roses.
Returns are not available on international purchases.
